01 / TapMii · Order operations

From a manual Maps search to a print-ready review link.

TapMii prints smart cards that take customers directly to the right Google review page. Before a card can be printed, each order item needs the correct Google Place ID. It is a small but time-consuming lookup when names and locations are similar.

Find every incomplete itemThe agent picks up an eligible order and processes each item still missing a Place ID, not just the first.

Match the right locationIt searches using the business name and address, then compares candidates and favours the closest address match.

Prepare the order for printIt saves the Place ID, creates the direct Google review URL and marks the order complete only when every item is ready.

Before

Open Maps, search every location, resolve similar names, copy the right link and paste it into the order.

After

A consistent review URL is attached to each line item, ready for the card team to print.

Ambiguous matches are held for review instead of receiving a guessed link.
