AI HR Assistant

The demo is to demonstrate an AI-powered HR assistant that can understand and respond to employee email queries based on company HR policies. It leverages OpenAI's language models and embeddings to provide accurate and contextually relevant answers. Below you will see two examples of how this HR assisant can.

1. Analyse incoming email queries from employees and respond with appropriate answers.
2. Provide a small chatbox that answers employee queries using the uploaded HR policy.

In this example, a RAG model is used to store the HR policy document into a vector database.

Lets start by asking our HR assistant a question via email:

Please forward your query to hr-assistant@nitinvaja.co.uk. The system will read your question and respond based on the uploaded HR policy.

The HR assistant is also available as a chatbox in the right corner. , as you can see in the example below where an employee has asked about an absence policy.

If required, we can also use the additional data that is available. If we can confirm who the user is (This can be done by using an authentication token), we can provide more personalised responses, for example, if an employee is asking "how many days of holidays they have available?", we can use the HR policy document plus user data to take in account number of holidays taken so far this year and provide a more accurate answer.
