With over a decade of experience driving digital transformation and eCommerce innovation, I currently serve as the Digital Development Manager at Cromwell Tools Ltd where I lead a talented team of developers in building scalable, high-performance digital solutions that power one of the UK’s leading industrial tools and supplies platforms.

My journey with Cromwell began in 2015, and I’ve been part of every stage of its digital evolution from early systems integrations and backend development to architecting and delivering a full-scale eCommerce rebuild. As part of this transformation, I led the strategic merger of two legacy platforms into a single, modern solution, aligning technology, teams, and processes to deliver a seamless customer experience. This initiative helped scale online revenue from £1.5 million to over £100 million annually in just five years, positioning Cromwell as a digital market leader.

Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply hands-on with technology from building data pipelines and backend systems to working with modern stacks like React, Node.js, Next.js, and AWS. I’m passionate about creating efficient, future-proof digital ecosystems that empower teams and enhance business performance.
