My story

Technical depth with a clear view of the business.

My career has grown from writing code and building integrations to leading teams, defining architecture and delivering large-scale digital transformation.

I joined Cromwell Tools in 2015 and have been part of every stage of its digital evolution. That journey included bringing two legacy ecommerce platforms together, aligning systems and teams, and helping scale online revenue from £1.5 million to more than £100 million annually.

I remain deeply hands-on. I enjoy working through a difficult system design, reviewing code, exploring a new AI capability and helping a developer find a simpler way forward. That practical involvement keeps strategy connected to reality.

Today, I bring that same combination of engineering, leadership and commercial thinking to AI automation. My focus is straightforward: find the work that creates friction, understand it properly and build something dependable that makes the business better.
