Hello, I'm Nitin Vaja a technical lead currently based in Leicester.

Over the past decade, I have gained a wealth of experience in the field of software development. Starting out as a junior developer fresh out of university, I have worked my way up through the ranks, taking on increasingly complex and challenging roles.

For the past two years, I have served as the technical lead for Cromwell Tools Limited, a company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-quality tools and equipment. In this role, I have played a critical role in the development of a new B2B platform for the company, which has grown from a fledgling concept to a platform that takes over two million pounds a month.

To achieve this success, I have taken a hands-on approach, working closely with the development team to ensure that we were using the right technologies, and writing detailed technical specifications that included SQLs and technical diagrams to guide the team. I also provided mentorship and guidance to new developers, helping them to understand the complexities of the business data and how to work with it effectively.

In addition, I have also played a key role in recruiting and hiring the right development team, carefully selecting individuals with the skills and experience needed to take the platform to the next level. This has helped us to overcome many of the challenges we faced during the development process and ensure that the platform is robust and scalable.
