Led the strategic merger of two legacy eCommerce platforms into a unified, scalable solution. Architected and managed the full migration integrating systems, processes, and teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and significant operational efficiency. This transformation increased online revenue from £1.5 million to over £100 million annually in 5 years, establishing the business as a market leader.

Currently leading a team of 12 developers to build additional features and scale the eCommerce platform Responsibilities include sprint planning, code reviews, stakeholder management, onboarding and mentoring new team members, writting technical specifications, and defining the technology stack and when possible writing code.

I took on a role to help build the new ecommerce platform from scratch using modern technologies like React, Node.js, NextJs, and various AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DMS, CloudFront, RDS, Open Search and many other technologies AWS provide. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience that significantly boosted sales and customer satisfaction.
